Both GFE and PSE are terms you will hear often in the escorting and sex work world. So, what’s the difference between PSE and GFE??? While there is no “set” definition, this is my take on what they mean and this is how I define and use them.
Let’s start with GFE. GFE stands for Girlfriend Experience. Generally, this service is very familiar and friendly, with the provider stepping into the role of “girlfriend” during your time together. It’s a more intimate and personal feel than simply just meeting in a “transactional” way.
With GFE you can expect conversation, kissing, and even cuddling. GFE is a great option for first time dates and those that wish to feel more of an emotional connection during their time with a provider. It gives you a chance to “get to know” your provider and ease into the more intimate moments.
A condom is always required for GFE.

PSE on the other hand is a little more extreme. PSE srands for the Pornstar Experience. This service is usually a little less cuddly and a little more naughty (although, I still offer everything in GFE). I like to think of it as sharing the experience of how being on an adult film set works.
Just like on a porn set, no condoms are used which is why PSE requires getting bloodwork done at either Talent Testing Services or Clear (yes, all performers have to test at these places for the shoots we do too.)
PSE is generally a little rougher (and louder), but don’t go into your date thinking you can throw your provider around and be agressive. Consent is HUGE in every industry but especially in industries like these. If you’d like to re-create something you’ve seen in a movie, ask your provider (respectfully) if it is something they might do. Some services may be counted as “fetish” and only available for an extra fee.
